Account steps
01Sign up at yes.contactOpen the site, enter your email, and confirm it with the code from the message. After that you enter your account.Go to signup →
02Choose a planIn your account pick a term and device count, then pay. Access appears right after payment.
03Copy the linkAfter purchase a connection link appears in your account. Copy it — you will need it in the app.

If the connection does not start, make sure the full link was copied, restart the app, and try again. Still stuck — support is available in your account after sign-in.

Short tips if something goes wrong after pasting the link.
- The link is not acceptedCopy it again in full from your yes.contact account and paste from the clipboard. Leading or trailing spaces often break it.
- The connection does not startCheck the internet without the app. If the network itself is down, fix it first, then turn the connection on again.
- It drops in the backgroundBattery savers often interfere on phones. Remove limits for the app in system settings and restart the client.
- Nothing helpedSign in to your yes.contact account — support is available there. Mention the app, device, and what you see on screen.
