Terms of use

This agreement is entered into between ООО «КОНТАКТ ИНТ» (the “Provider”), registered in Республика Армения, and the individual using the Contact service (the “User”).

Using the service means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the service.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of Республика Армения, unless mandatory rules of the User’s country provide otherwise.

The Provider grants the User access to Contact and to the infrastructure that provides a protected network connection for the paid subscription period.

The service is provided “as is”. The Provider may develop the service and change features while keeping its main purpose.

To use the service, the User creates access in the account at yes.contact, gets a connection link, and pastes it into a supported client: the Contact app (Android) or Happ / Incy (iOS, Windows, Mac).

One subscription may be used on several of the User’s devices within the selected plan. Sharing access credentials with third parties is not allowed.

Subscription prices are shown on the pricing page and may change. A price change does not affect an already paid period.

Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout. The service is considered provided for each day access is available.

The Provider will keep the service operational and respond to support requests within a reasonable time.

The User must use the service in line with applicable law (including the laws of Республика Армения and of the User’s location) and must not use it to infringe third-party rights.

The Provider may suspend access if the User breaches these terms.

The Provider is not liable for outages caused by telecom operators, the User’s equipment, or force majeure.

The Provider’s total liability is limited to the price of the paid subscription for the period in which the breach occurred.

The User may cancel the service and request a refund for the unused period by contacting support through the account at yes.contact.

Refunds are made minus the cost of services already provided, within the time required by applicable law.

The Provider may change these terms by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the changes.

The current version is effective from 9 августа 2026 года.
